Kids Classes At Kempo Defense Systems:
Kempo Kids Group Classes are on Tuesdays and Thursdays they meet from 7 pm - 8 pm. There is an
open class on Fridays that meets from 6 pm - 7:30 pm, and an open class on Saturdays that meets
from 12 pm until 1:30 pm.

Our kick boxing classes meet on Tuesday and Thursday from 6 pm and run until 7 pm . You will
most likely want to bring a water bottle, small towel and wear comfortable gym clothing. Bag gloves
are a must, bring them or rent them for $1.00.
Gym Members $6.00 Per Session Train 8 sessions, the whole month for
