Arts and enjoying it's height of popularity thanks to the birth of MMA, the UFC and great fighters such as Chuck Lidell, Mark
Bocek and Matt Lindland .

Our Programs
We have children's classes from age 5 and up. Our curriculum includes: Self Defense, physical fitness, coordination as well as
valuable life lessons. We teach children about the severity of violence, we preach avoidance, we talk about responsibility, help
them to establish core values, we place a strong emphasis on education and good grades. We address the effects of bullying and
help them to defuse potentially harmful situations. We allow them to be kids, and insist they have fun while doing it!
Our Adult Program focuses on Kempo Karate, self defense, situational awareness and physical fitness. Not all adults have to be
enrolled in the belt program. While we love the martial arts and get a real sense of pride from being black belts, we realize that
this may not be everyone's dream. Our class starts with stretching and flexibility training, then we get our heart rates up with
punches and kicks, much like a cardio Kick Boxing Class but with focus on proper technique. Then we learn self defense or our
rank material through scenario training. Unlike most martial arts, you will learn to be able to defend yourself right away. Our
techniques focus on gross motor skills not complex motor skills, you don't need to be a gymnast or a body builder to do them, you
just need to bring a desire to learn and we will do the rest.
